Our expertise in maximizing Suite Layouts ensures that every square inch is utilized and the layouts work in the real world. Low-Rise Developments

We advise on Layouts to ensure spatial needs are optimized and homes are highly appealing to consumers. We select finishes, appliances, plumbing fixtures and lighting that has the highest appeal to end users while maintaining budget. Furniture Procurement

We are registered dealers of hundreds of lines of high quality furniture, lighting and accessories. We provide furniture selection, purchasing and procurement services for commercial and residential projects. We have a dedicated Project Manager overseeing all of our Procurement operations, and state of the art software that allows us to properly track, monitor and deliver items on time and on budget.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

STUDIO 8 DESIGN HAS experienced dedicated in-house project management and ARE COMFORTABLE MANAGING COMPLEX PROJECTS THAT HAVE MANY MOVING PARTS AND MUST ADHERE TO AGGRESSIVE TIMELINES AND BUDGETS. WE CAN OPERATE AS THE OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE, AND MANAGE ALL ASPECTS OF A PROJECT FROM CONCEPT THROUGH TO COMPLETION.
