We are experienced accredited professionals highly trained in all areas of Interior Design from Block Planning, Concept, Design Development, Working Drawings, and Construction Coordination. We do exemplary 3D renderings in house, which allows our clients to fully understand and see their spaces in full colour before the design is approved. We find that our clients and the end result benefit immeasurably by this inherent part of our process.

CONDO DEVELOPMENTS

We specialize in designing Condo Developments that resonate with the end users. Our expertise in maximizing Suite Layouts ensures that every square inch is utilized and the layouts work in the real world. We design Amenities that fit the needs of the target market, and elevate the experience of the users to that of a lifestyle resort.

We advise on Layouts to ensure spatial needs are optimized and homes are highly appealing to consumers. We select finishes, appliances, plumbing fixtures and lighting that has the highest appeal to end users while maintaining budget. We design and furnish Model Homes and Sales Centres to attract and impress prospective purchasers.

Furniture Procurement

We are registered dealers of hundreds of lines of high quality furniture, lighting and accessories. We provide furniture selection, purchasing and procurement services for commercial and residential projects. We have a dedicated Project Manager overseeing all of our Procurement operations, and state of the art software that allows us to properly track, monitor and deliver items on time and on budget.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

STUDIO 8 DESIGN HAS experienced dedicated in-house project management and ARE COMFORTABLE MANAGING COMPLEX PROJECTS THAT HAVE MANY MOVING PARTS AND MUST ADHERE TO AGGRESSIVE TIMELINES AND BUDGETS. WE CAN OPERATE AS THE OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE, AND MANAGE ALL ASPECTS OF A PROJECT FROM CONCEPT THROUGH TO COMPLETION.
